This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Manager at Al-Qased Elevators & Escalators Company located in Jeddah. The Installation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation of elevators and escalators, coordinating with technicians and contractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality standards throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Construction Management, and Engineering skills
- Experience in overseeing installation projects in the elevator and escalator industry
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to elevator and escalator installations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Certifications in Project Management or Construction Management are a plus
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Al-Qased Elevators & Escalators Company located in Saudi Arab. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with technical and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also contribute to the development of sales strategies and help achieve the company’s revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevators, escalators, or construction industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Certifications in Project Management or Construction Management are a plus
